Products & Pricing

We do our best to describe our products and display prices accurately. Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and may change at any time. Product images and packaging are for illustration and may vary slightly. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, and we reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock availability. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers, and your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Cairo. Orders typically ship and deliver within 1–3 days, though delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered.

Returns & Refunds

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at hello@mistdrinks.com within a reasonable time and we’ll make it right. Because our products are consumable food items, we may be unable to accept returns of opened or used products except where required by law.
